Cross Wrap Ltd is the world leader in manufacturing automatic Bale Wrappers, Bale Openers and Dewiring machines for the waste and recycling industries. Customers of Cross Wrap wrap RDF, SRF, MSW and various other recyclable material bales. Bale Openers and Dewiring Machines are used to open or dewire automatically wrapped or unwrapped bales. Cross Wrap develops new products based on its customers needs, the newest example is the CW Direct Bale Wrapper, where the bales are automatically wrapped directly from the two ram balers chamber – therefore there is no need for ties or wires. This saves the cos of the tying unit and labour, speeds up the baling and wrapping process and saves space because of a compact and effective combination of a two ram baler and a wrapper. Cross Wrap has delivered more than 400 machines globally, having more than 80 Bale Wrappers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

KOBELCO ECO-SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. was established in 1954 as a member of the KOBE STEEL GROUP. KOBELCO has developed a full scale commercially proven gasification and melting technology which has consistently delivered energy from waste plants with high energy conversion efficiency and recyclable vitrified slag as a by-product.

KOBELCO has 15 commercial scale reference plants in operation with 4 plants under construction. KOBELCO is currently promoting this technology for commercial deployment in the UK. KOBELCO’s gasification and melting technology is designed to maximise the recovery of renewable energy from waste while minimising environmental impact.

KRR has successfully applied an effective and economical alternative to shutdown cleaning in UK EfW facilities for more than a decade. Mobile Pressure Wave Technology (also referred to as Bang&Clean®) removes chronic fouling from boilers whilst plants are still online. The availability of the plant is uninterrupted, so generating capacity and waste throughput are both maintained during the cleaning process. We also supply Shock Pulse Generators that are permanently installed in the plant and provide an on-going 24/7 cleaning solution.

Additionally, ash that becomes dislodged by the cleaning process can be removed by the plant’s normal ash transport system, the H&S risks associated with a shutdown clean are bypassed and expensive manual cleaning is avoided.
